Transylanian-American soprano Lilla Heinrich Szász has won critical acclaim for her “appealing sound, agile coloratura and oversize wit” (The New York Times) and has performed in both operatic and concert repertoire across the US and Europe, including Carnegie Hall, Alice Tully Hall, Merkin Concert Hall, Salzburg, France, Italy, Israel and Canada. 

Ms. Heinrich Szász holds her Master's and Bachelor's degrees from The Juilliard School, where she was winner of the Juilliard Honors Recital Competition and studied music pedagogy under the tutelage of Dr. Virginia Allen, faculty member at The Juilliard School and the Curtis Institute of Music. 

Previous highlights include her Carnegie Hall debut with the Marilyn Horne Foundation, performances with William Christie and the Juilliard415 Orchestra, Saint Louis Symphony, the Wallingford Symphony Orchestra, Chautauqua Music Festival Orchestra, New Juilliard Ensemble, New York Chamber Virtuosi, NYC FOCUS! Festivals at Alice Tully Hall, Israeli Chamber Orchestra and Juilliard Lab Orchestra led by Maestro Alan Gilbert.
